My athletics career

A highlevel overview of my achievements during my athletics career. I was a middle distance track runner, i.e. mainly 1500m - 5000m having my best shape in 2006 (age 27).

• 1000m PB: 2:26min (1999)
• 3000m PB: 7:58min (2006)
• 5000m PB: 13:53min (2004, 4th fastest that year in Germany)
• 10km PB: 29:53min (2008)

• 4x Top 6 at German Championships (Cross country & Track, 2005-2009)
• More than 10x U18/U20/U23 German Champion with my team of LG Vulkaneifel (mainly cross country & street race)
• Several single medals at U18/U20/U23 German Championchips
• German university champion 10.000m (2007)
• 2nd place Norwegian indoor championships 3000m (2002, study abroad)
